Who am I?
Jonas Wärngård runs warngard.se as a sole trader. Data controller is Jonas Wärngård. You can reach me at jonas@warngard.se.
What data do I collect?
Only your email address and your first name (if you provide it). I don't collect anything else.
Why?
To occasionally send you short notes on AI in e-commerce, plus invites to exclusive events. Nothing else.
How long do I keep it?
Until you unsubscribe yourself, or until I shut the project down. You can unsubscribe any time via the link in every email, or by emailing me directly.
Who do I share it with?
My email provider MailerLite (EU-based, GDPR-compliant) stores the list technically. No one else has access.
What rights do you have?
You have the right to ask me to delete your data, export it to you, or correct it. Email jonas@warngard.se and I'll handle it within 30 days.
Cookies
warngard.se uses Plausible Analytics for visitor statistics. Plausible uses no cookies and collects no personal data. That's why you don't see a cookie banner.
Complaints
If you're unhappy with how I handle your data you have the right to complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
